How an airport meeting works

Choose the airport as your pickup on the car page. We confirm the exact meeting spot with you before you land.

  1. Tell us the flight

Add the airline and flight number if you have them, and message us if the time changes.

  2. Read the review page

Priced delivery, collection, or concession appears there. Parking estimates are disclosed, not charged at checkout.

  3. Meet at the agreed spot

Bring a valid licence and ID. We walk the car with you and note existing marks.

  4. Return the place you booked

Airport or Miramar Beach, at the agreed time. Do not leave the car in a random lot.

Returns

Drop-off in Miramar Beach or somewhere else

Pickup and return do not have to match. Choose both on the car page.

Same-place return

Most Miramar Beach trips start and end at Miramar Beach. Using another meeting point both ways? A round-trip amount replaces the two legs when one is set.

Split pickup and return

Example: office pickup, Miramar Beach condo return — only when both options are bookable. Each priced leg shows in the total before you pay.
