How an airport meeting works
We confirm the exact meeting spot before you fly. If the airport is not listed as a pickup option on the car page, we meet you at our Miramar Beach office instead.

Tell us the flight
Put the airline and flight number on the booking if you have them, and message us if the time changes. We time the meeting from the flight, not from a guess. -

Check what the total includes
If delivery, collection, or an airport concession line is priced for that location, it appears on the review page before you pay. Parking estimates are disclosed — they are not charged at checkout. -

Bring licence and ID
We do not ask you to type those on the website. Have a valid driver’s licence and ID ready at the car. Some cars may require the driver to be 25. -

Walk around together
Meet at the agreed spot. We go over the car, note existing marks, and you leave with the keys. Return to the same kind of arrangement you booked — airport or Miramar Beach — at the agreed time.
